Industries Served

We help growing businesses reduce repetitive administrative work, respond to customers faster, and improve operational efficiency through AI-powered automation.

Every industry runs on a different set of repeating tasks, so the automation that pays off in an HVAC dispatch office is not the automation that pays off in an accounting firm. The industries below are the ones where we have built the most workflows for businesses in Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Dallas, Salt Lake City, and Boise. If yours is not listed, the method still applies.

Owners in these industries also connect through our small business community and referral network.

Direct

We work with your team to automate these processes in your own systems.

Via your advisor

Your CPA, agency, or consultant can deliver the same automation under their brand — see Ready-Made Solutions.

How we work with you

Knowing your industry means we know where to look first. The rest we learn from you — no two shops run the same way.

01 · Look

We watch the work happen

We sit with the people doing the job, not just the owner. What actually happens on a busy Thursday is where we find the time.

02 · Count

We show you the numbers

How often it happens, how long it takes, what it costs you. You will know what a fix is worth before we build anything.

03 · Build

We start with one win

One workflow, up and running in a few weeks. No big rollout, no long commitment. You see it work before you decide on more.

04 · Hand over

It is yours to keep

Everything lives in your accounts, under your logins, written up in plain English. No seat to rent, no lock-in.

Same four steps, whatever you do. See the BPA process page for what it costs, or the case studies for hours we have given back.

Questions owners ask before they start

My industry is not on the list. Does that rule us out?

No. Underneath the label, most automation is the same four patterns: something arrives, someone reads it, someone retypes it somewhere else, someone follows up. If your business does that, there is work here.

Do we have to replace the software we already use?

Almost never. Your CRM, field service app, accounting package and inbox stay where they are. The work is connective: moving information between systems you already pay for.

Is this about reducing headcount?

No. The usual outcome is the same team handling more volume without hiring an administrator. Automation takes the data entry and the chasing, not the judgement calls.

What happens to our customer data?

It stays in your accounts. We build inside the tools you control. Where handling rules are strict, we scope and document what a workflow may touch before building it.

Do you only work with businesses in Denver?

We are based in Denver and meet Front Range clients in person. The work itself is remote, and we support businesses across Colorado, Texas, Utah, and Idaho.

How soon would we see anything working?

The assessment gives you written findings you can act on either way. The first workflow is a two to four week sprint, running in your environment at the end of it.
